At Face Status, our goal is for you to adore your lashes / brows and have an amazing experience. If there's anything about your results or service that doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out to us within three days. We'll make sure to schedule a follow-up appointment to address any concerns. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority!

Booking: A booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment, this will be deducted from the total at the appointment. Booking deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. This means that once you have placed a deposit to secure your appointment, it cannot be refunded or returned.

Appointments: You are required to schedule appointments in advance. Walk-ins are not allowed.

Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the service price and your booking deposit will be void.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling to a later time. If a reschedule is needed, a 50% charge of the service will be applied.

No Show appointments will result in the card on file being charged 100% of the service. You will not be able to rebook until 100% of the service is paid. Future appointments will also need to be paid in full before the appointment.

Alterations: If you need to make an alteration to your booking (eg. change from Lash Extensions to a Lash Lift), you must provide 48 hours notice. This is to ensure enough time for the appointment.

Christmas week: During the week of Christmas - Booked appointments cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. 100% of the service will be charged if rescheduling / cancelling occurs.

Payment: A full payment is required at the time of service. Cash and EFTPOS are accepted. Payment can also be made through the booking system (FRESHA). No bank transfers.

Children & Pets: Although we love them, we kindly ask that you please leave them at home. This is your time to relax and unwind and due to insurance reasons and OHS we can't have minors in the studio. 

Lash Refills: Refills must have a minimum of 40% lash extensions left. Less than 40% will be charged as a Full Set and time will need to be booked accordingly.

Lash Hygiene: Lashes are to be clean and free of moisturisers, oils and makeup before an appointment. Clean lashes = happy healthy lashes

Foreign Refills: We will refill extensions from another lash tech / salon, given it has been applied correctly and is safe for the natural lashes. If not, a removal and a new full set will need to be completed.

Your health: You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect their service experience.

Allergies: If you are allergic to a product, it will occur within 48hrs of application. If you have a reaction, you are to contact Face Status immediately and seek medical advice depending on the severity of the reaction. If you have had a reaction in the past, you must advise Face Status before booking.

Salon Standards: We will sanitise our hands before every appointment. All tools and equipment will be sanitised and disinfected before and after each appointment. The salon will maintain proper ventilation to ensure a clean and healthy environment for you.

Service Standards: We will conduct a consultation with you to understand your desired look and customise the service accordingly.
We will only use high-quality, safe, and approved products and tools. We will apply the service products with care and precision to ensure a natural and comfortable look. We will educate you on proper aftercare to ensure longevity and health of you lashes and or brows.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

For lash extensions, if you experience extreme fall out within the first 3 days of application, you are entitled to a complimentary touch up. If there are any issues with application, you’ll notice within the first 3 days. After 3 days, it’s likely to be aftercare related. If you came to your appointment with unclean lashes, this complimentary touch up will not be honoured. Please contact Face Status directly to discuss options.
It is normal to lose between 2-5 lashes per eye, per day. This is what happens during your natural growth cycle. A touch up only applies to fall out that is a significant amount.
